No training today, cause alot didn't come on tue. 2weeks no training will be killing me. So i've decided to have self-discipline and plan my own training schedule. Running/swimming everyday. Eat more=do both!!
Went to run today, 5km in 1/2h. I know its long, but better than nth. I will improve on the timing. Did the daily routine. Felt great aft running, no long tired or moody.
Tmr shall swim and tan before going to sch for lunch with 1h01s before lessons.
Can't wait to get my hair dyed. Any colour recommandations? Hahs!
